I confess that I’m proud of myself. I’m 109, 5’7”, and extremely healthy. I always have been because I love to exercise and eat healthy food. But I’m disgusted by fat people. Its appalling at how fat America is, and its all because they’re too lazy and like to shove nasty, processed crap in their faces. I was looking around the other day and I couldn’t find one healthy looking person. Everyone, EVERYONE, was overweight or obese. It’s not heartening for me that its only going to get worse in the future.
